Green smoothie recipes are my latest Pinterest jam; after going to the doctor and deciding for myself that I needed and wanted to be healthier, I took matters into my own hands and decided to look up some green smoothie recipes. I’m a big believer in using what you have or swapping something out if certain fruits aren’t in season. I genuinely feel so much better already and because I like control, I figured that being intentional about controlling my food is a good area of focus for me.
I’ve been wanting to proactively make freezer bags and freezer meals because truthfully cooking isn’t my favorite, but I’m not going to not learn or try different methods just because I don’t like it. So far the freezer bag meal prep situation is really easy for me and similar to batching content I’m batching my food prep.
